SMS Service Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and using Relay Works SMS services, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Relay Works for authentication, verification, and service-related communications.
Your consent is not required to use our general services. SMS services are optional and only necessary for SMS-based authentication features.
SMS Service Description
Relay Works provides SMS services for the following purposes:
- Authentication: SMS verification codes for account security and login
- Security Alerts: Notifications about account security events
- Service Notifications: Important updates about your account or services
- Developer Tools: SMS testing and development features
- Support Communications: Response to your SMS-based support requests
Message Types and Frequency
You may receive:
- Verification Codes: Sent when you request SMS authentication (frequency varies based on usage)
- Security Alerts: Sent when we detect suspicious account activity (infrequent)
- Service Updates: Critical service notifications (infrequent, typically less than 1 per month)
- Support Responses: Only when you contact us via SMS
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Relay Works does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving text messages according to your mobile plan. Contact your mobile carrier for information about your messaging plan and rates.
Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)
To stop receiving SMS messages:
- Text STOP to any Relay Works SMS number
- Reply STOP to any SMS message from us
- Contact support at support@relay.works
- Update your preferences in your account settings
After opting out: You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You may continue to receive SMS messages for a short period while your request is processed. Note that opting out may affect SMS-based authentication features.

"You have been unsubscribed from Relay Works SMS messages. To resubscribe or for help, contact support@relay.works. Note: This may affect SMS authentication features."

Technical Requirements
- SMS-capable mobile device with a U.S. mobile number
- Active mobile service with SMS messaging enabled

Age Restrictions
You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to SMS services. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use SMS services.
SMS Privacy and Security
